Such angle!
Come on guys, don't let the photography thread die.
I slammed the shit out of the daily, thank god that phase is over now! I couldn't park it in the driveway
Took some photos for a band
The low light performance of my 550D is really starting to bug me now, anything over 800iso just turns to crap.
Photos of the newie during a storm, I had never taken photos in the rain before, they look so different, was loving it.
Show me what you have all been up to recently!

Well I've moved to Fuji mirrorless now, and enjoying it much more than lugging around my huge bloody great Nikon gear from before. I've sold all but my manual focus, film Nikon gear, which I'm also going to be using with adapter (which I think has just arrived today) on my Fuji X-T1.
This one is a couple of months old now, but was taken on my X100S, which I bought instead of getting a 23mm lens for the X-T1.

So happy this took off,
So many awesome photos from you guys
I always liked shooting as lower shutter as I could, because then I didnt have a long 2.8,
And hated shooting stills with the kit 55-250.
And mainly one of the reasons I got out of shooting events was because every kid had a 1000d,
with some silly facebook page for their 'motorsport photography', through up SO MANY awful quality pictures,
out of focus, blurry, or stills, disgusting 'edits' with worse watermarks,
and then, whored themselves out and gave everything away for free.
I love this version of Bruces car...
And the second one was one of my favourites
Years ago, when these were taken.. lol
I didn't know a Huge amount of editing skills, like I do now..
But the originals are all lost.
These are from my Flickr which is now shut down from inactivity.. lol
This version of this car car was awesome too
And I always liked pictures that kinda had stories behind them, instead of just being..
another photo..
This photo above got me a spot in Speedhunters #Iamthespeedhunter thing they had going for a while.
It's not photographically perfect (none of these are)
But this is John Bryant and it was his first time out in years after his crazy crash that almost killed him, in the same car that almost killed him.
We we're in the same pit as him with the Surtees, and four other F5000s
And I ended up hanging out with him a bit because he was pretty awesome.

Was out at Pukekohe on Sunday giving my Fuji a motorsports shakedown. Took some getting used to mirrorless versus DSLR, but I got down to 1/40s panning successfully so I was happy.

Really liking the drift shots Brett, I need to get to some of the drift days at Hampton!

^^ Nice, I was at the same trackday, got some of my best shots there too. Wish I'd turned up earlier though to catch a few more cars.

Its pretty much D1NZ but very Americanised.
The all stars bash is just a track day where FD drivers and clubs meet up for a weekend of fun in the desert. Heres a vid of last years: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SphnAziWyc
