Today, my right indicator went to the poo factory.
It clicks really fast when it's on, but none of the lights go. Is this a fuse or a relay or both, and where's the one I need to swap out?

NB, left indicator is fine which seems a bit funny.

A sped up indicator normally indicates (hurrrdurrr) that a bulb is out, if none of the lights are flashing but you're sure the bulbs are good then it's probably a fuse or some such.

Did it start straight after your alarm install?

Someone else suggested a bulb too.
I figure it can't be a huge problem - The guy who put the thing in is coming back to make sure there aren't any dodgy grounds anywhere.

Started first pop after the install.

Problem solved: Relay wasn't plugged in properly.
