Cheers man, still realizing how lucky i am with the whole thing..
but the standard seats saved my life. and thats the honest truth. i hated them and they were not very comfortable compared to other seats but i wouldnt run any other seats without a bar.

Hey guys,
Matt has asked me to upload a couple of photos.
As soon as we had him safely out of the car I asked my wife to take a bunch of photos to record events for prosperity.
I never want to see another friend being loaded into a rescue helicopter again... Matt, you are a bastard!!!

A very, very, VERY lucky bastard! I am so glad that I didn't have to go to your funeral!

How you weren't decapitated is beyond me! It looks inevitable! Glad to hear you walked away from it though, bloody hell.

I can't fucking believe you survived that dude! I've shown these photos to people and their jaws drop.
It's truely amazing stuff, it makes me think more about safety equipment.

These pictures frighten me.
If I were ever to buy another MX5 first mod would be a welded in roll bar.
