THE POPE IS CATHOLIC!!!

I'm sorry, I wanted in on all the loud noises.

Are you looking for a particular kind? R-Package lip? GV style lip? Or a lip to make your MX5 look like they stole something from Angelina Jolie?

just off the top of my head, I'd try Ross at www.mx5mart.co.nz

there are 2 common lips that most owners have...

this one (unsure of the name)

and this one, which is commonaly revered to as GV style (garage vary)

I personally have a GV style front splitter and love it, but which ever style you end up going for, I must recommend you make certain its made of polyeurethane so that it is soft enough to take bumps and scrapes. I would never go for a fibreglass front splitter as i feel it would be shattered to pieces.

good luck in your hunt :)

The ones from ross are fiberglass. I have one from him on one car a GV one on the other car. Gv one is much more aggresive looking.

Heads up though the replica Garage Vary lips are FRP and do not bend they just crack
The real ones are urethane and can bend

I bought a real one just for durability but end of the day if you hit it hard enough no matter what it is made out of it will break

Can always go custom made and use marine ply.

Just bring this up again. Any idea how much a real GV lip would be shipped to lil ol' NZ?

You can get imitation lips made from polyurethane. I purchased one on Trademe (a GV replica) for $235 about 8 months ago. I have no idea where to look for one currently, but that at least gives you the ballpark cost.

I hope that helps in some way :)

There are several traders selling both styles of these lips on EBay.
Made of polyurethane.
$150nz landed.
