Summer cruise!

Post by chris » Thu Jun 27, 2013 2:09 pm

Hey guys, I know this is still a while away! But I figured let's ditch the roofs for the first day of summer!

Not strictly limited to mx5 drivers. But how about on the 1st of December (That's a Sunday) we get together, and cruise either down to raglan, whitianga or up north to Whangerei?

Woo. Raglan. That's nearer where I live :D Whitianga could be fun too. I've wanted to go up around the Coromandel in my roadster for ages.

That  Assuming by then I'll have a Miata, or just roll along as the token nee-san, I'm keen either way. But bloody hell, that's a long time away for anyone to 100% commit any time soon lol

Okay, just after a quick goodle, looks like we could leav auckland via the southern motorway, jump off at pukekohe, do SH 22 (I think) through to Hamilton (some good twisties) join up with some southern members in Hamilton for an early Lunch, then make our way from Hamilton to Raglan for afternoon tea.

Sounding all old and sophisticated...

Keen for this, at least with the roof down you guys can't laugh at how shit my soft top is. And it makes more noise.

I see Chris has positive karma now, no more trolling?
