Why are my private messages not being sent?

Why are my private messages not being sent?

I have sent three private messages to people but they are just staying in the outbox? Does anyone know why they are not being sent?

I've had the same issue as well. Normally they stay in there until the person has logged in and read it, I've got a few in my outbox which I know the person received so the is sometimes a little glitch

Ditto..me too it seems!......plus its not accepting pictures [or more than one]! :(

I questioned Zorruno on this many years ago.
Apparently they are "sent" but don't appear in the Outbox until the recipient reads them.

Ooops, hadn't seen that Siren had commented on this, but it looks as if it doesn't always work as planned.

always works, but if the person doesn't log in and read, it doesn't show as sent.
