replica mags from the Phillipines
My car came with some Nico 14" mags but they are old and pitted and have bad kerb rash (seriously, how hard is it to avoid the kerb in such a tiny car).
So I have had my eye on Work Equip 01's but they would be over a grand while I could get replicas from the Philippines for much cheaper.

has anyone here dealt with ordering from the Philippines before or know anything about them?
I am merely curious at the moment but at some point in the future I am gonna need new mags.

Heres a set on trademe, its only $40 more than HK_Fooey's calculation but its already in nz and any issues will be dealt with here instead of someone in the Philippines.
Also being trademe pricing you could probably get it cheaper at a physical store

Either yahoo.jp or camp the american forums. I got myself some RPF1s + tyres for $650 landed. They were from some Honda forums and I discovered last night 2 tyres were 40psi and 2 were 32 psi... I managed to get them opposite corners but now they're all good. Will match them up on the weekendFurai wrote:If you wanted you could get a set of nice wheels with tyres for $950 landed. Second hand but such good condition and genuine. Only thing you need is patience

Tsoob, this is just a general inquiry as I won't be finacially able to look at new rims til sometime next year, but are you able to get rota zero plus rims or their inspiration for them, work equip 01's?
if so, what sort of ballpark would I be looking at, cost wise for a set of 4?
thanks for your time.
here's some pics for those who may be unaware of their sexiness.
rota zero plus

work equip 01's

-=edit=- completely offtopic, but that modified bonnet on the grey mx5 looks interesting... I wonder whats hiding under there?

Nah we can get anything mate...Kieran wrote:No offence man but I think he means more along the lines of the classic JDM wheels that we all know and love such as Watanabes, SSR, Techno, Enkei, Work, Weds, Etctsoob wrote:umm hi hello.
As most people only run Rotas, XXRs, etc as a cheaper and easier to obtain alternative
I have a contact in japan for secondhand wheels, OR New ones due to our shop being a Dealer for Work, Rays and SSR.
Yes we are also the biggest retailer of the Rota wheels.
PM or Email me for any enquires
