Can anyone confirm that a 1.6 litre NB has the 7inch diff.
from anything ive been able to find on the net I believe they do.

Pretty sure the 7" diffs started with the na8c generation unless the previous owner installed a torsen or clutch type

Yea, just trying to find out if when they put the 1.6 in the nbs they still had the larger diff.

Yes the NB 1.6s came with the bigger diff. Some even had Torsens. I have a 4.3 Torsen that came out of a 2001 1.6.
TG Sports, classic roadster - modern technology. NA1800, 99 head, 11:1 +2mm Wiseco pistons, Link LEM, Alloy f/wheel, JR headers.
