crunchy 2nd? good news
i stripped down my 5 speed to find... 2nd gear, 2nd gear synchro, synchro hub and sleeve all stuffed...
Rang mazda dealership as the people we delt with through work had no listings for the na, and to my suprise i managed to pick up everything i need for less than 150 dollars.
So if anybody else is postponing the inevitable best to give them a ring, only posted this purely because ive never experienced a dealer thats cheap haha

taller tyres ? Affects all the gears thoIs there any simple way to make my 5th gear lower? Like changing sprockets on a bike simple?

I've got the enthusiasts manual (the Veloce one) and it seems pretty detailed, do you reckon that would be enough?na6*dori wrote:not the hardest thing in the world, but if you havent done one before id say gat a workshop manual just in case
Also are any special tools required, and if so how much do they cost?
Thanks for your help
