Sorry, it was a general question, excuse me for not being clear.
What's the protocol here on the MX5 forum? Are sellers allowed to remove the prices post sale? On the other forums I use this isn't allowed, among other reasons it removes a good basis for reference.
Excuse me if it's in the rules somewhere!
mazline wrote:harlansmart wrote:Excuse me if I am 'off-topic' here, are we supposed to leave the sale price post sale on mx5forum?
.
Sorry,Don't quite understand what you are getting at ?.
Once the part is gone,it's gone.

Dunno, never looked to see if it is in the rules,
Parts are only really worth what someone is prepared to pay for it,and what you can afford at the time.
Everything i'm doing here has been cleared with admin,If he has a issue,I,m sure he will let me know.
In the mean time, enjoy the thread while we can still find bits out of Japan for these wee beast's we love,Cause bits are getting harder to come by.

A wee side note to all;
If you PM me or email me on parts,Could please use your User name AND given name,I get confused easily with who i have sold bits to in the past and getting the names and user names matching

.
I don't want to come off as a cock not remembering who wants what.
I have email here at work with given name from you guys off the forum and sometimes can't remember your user name and vice versa.
Thanks to all.

Easy for me, my username is my name, keeps it simple for me as well, otherwise I might forget who I am in my old age.

I disagree with these posts, we have a very good classified section and all this would go in there. Why should one parts supplier get any benefit over anyo e else. It also keeps it all in one place, can filter by part only, don't have to troll trough and can see instantly what is sold.
Let's bring back some conformity and move this to classifieds where it belongs.

I dont see any issue with this, trolling through the classifieds is a pain and you would never find all of these items.
If we really want to be that picky we could do a vendors section but its not like another vendor can ask if they want anyway. So no advantage just good thinking on Mazlines end.

Yeah I find the classifieds section on this forum a PITA and is different to every other forum I've used. Makes selling multiple products messy, plus difficult to ask questions, etc.
Nice easy one-stop-shop kind of deal going on here.
Cool sunroof bro...

I agree, the only thing with this, is you get to see all the goodies that have gone in the past, maybe brownie could remove/edit his sold item posts so we all don't get too depressed

Ha hows this for a suggestion.
First post has a list of all parts still available with prices and links to the posts with original images etc.
I know another vendor who does this on a forum and it works really well

So what's the point of classified then, Why not have a for sale section and a wanted section like most modern forums...

Chilax buddy
I sell stuff using the classifieds route and works perfectly for my one off things.
Mark has lots of things. you don't have to buy them, hell you don't even need to visit this thread if you don't want to.
That's the wonders of the Internet.
So until the big Z in the sky makes this thread about bunnies and a note from admin, lets just continue with the fine quality parts that Mazline happens to be importing currently

Agree with sprsta. If you don't like don't visit the thread. Seems simple to me.

Google is your friend
Its the giant mirror posted on previous page.
Runs along the full width of the front windscreen and has 5 angled mirrors on it. Totally illgal and green stickerable, but im hoping the cops will laugh when they see it. Im all about conversation pieces.
They also add maximum jdm point to your ride.
