Yay 4 spokes.
I need adaptors for mine tho. No 4x100 stud pattern for these.

Heres a pic i took today, they didnt actually lower it by much. I measured it tonight when i got home and its only gone down 15-20mm from factory.Furai wrote:Oh sweet I have those springs will be good to see how they look. Are you using stock shocks?
I bought new Bilstein HDs but just waitin on the rears, most seem to say they sit a little high at the back but the adjustable perches should solve that.
Going to be chasing it up as to why they didnt lower it as much as i was quoted (40-45mm)

What tyre size? 195/50/15?
I FINALLY got my lower springs fully sorted out (wheels all aligned etc). She now sits about 50-60mm lower. Its a little bumpy but it handles so much better. I wish so much that I had adjustables but my non-existent student budget won't let me, plus the springs were free.
Also, I don't know what you guys complain about with the front springs! I didn't need to take the bolt out of the upper arm or anything. I put srping compressors on the springs, then took the top hats off the shocks and bolted them into place. Then pushed the shock down all the way, dropped it through the upper arm and located it at the bottom, then waited for the top of the shock to rise up through the top hat. Then I tightened it up to the top hat, removed the spring compressors, and I was scraping out of my driveway in no time. Took me and my old man just over an hour to swap the front springs out of the parts car and into my good one and vice versa.

Dont bother finding perches for stock shocks.
Bilsteins have a circlip which sits in a groove, cut new groove, get adjustment.
I think KYBs are the same but dont go to low as the springs rate wont be enough and youll hit the stops.
205 50s are taller than stock which will add a little to the height but also decrease arch gap. Did you roll the car back and forth before doing up the top hat bolts?
