Hey guys

Tenshi and I over at Amazd are setting up booking a group with Playday on Track for the above date. It will be first in first served but amazd memebers will probably have priority however if your keen to be first reserves for any spaces we have left me know!

I would be keen if I can get the day off, I warn you I drive like a Nana though.

What do you need safety gear wise? Motobike helmet? Overalls?

I'd be be dead keen if my car is up and running by then (which it should be) but until it is on the road I really can't commit to anything, and really most likely won't know for sure till mid/end of April, but hopefully watch this space.

When I did the Gymkhana a Hardtop counts as roll over protection has this changed?

You definately need roll-over protection & a hard-top wont do!

Behind the seat bar should still be ok [i haven't been for a while so not sure if you can get away with a style bar]?
It pays to be properly protected!

All open cars (I.E. soft top convertibles) must have roll protection, either factory, eg Boxter, S2000, Z3, Z4, 350z, 370z & Elise etc. or suitable aftermarket roll protection if not factory fitted .

Style bars tend to be accepted but i personally would not want to be out there with one

Whats the story with this meeting, is it still on?

Might come and have a look if so...I doubt my half cage will be done in time and probably too late to enter now anyway....

"style" bars do not count, roll bars do

And this is not going ahead, not enough numbers before close off
