Another RX7 AFM thread...
I know there are dozens of RX7 AFM threads around, but reading them all only deepens my confusification.
I have a S4 RX7 AFM. I want to put it in the Mazdarati, preferably with a reliable, step-by-step guide. I know that it plugs into the factory loom, and I know you have to fiddle around with the vane spring tension, but how many clicks is the ideal? and how will I know if the car is running lean at WOT? What other pitfalls are there in this mod?
Any clarification is really appreciated.

It made a big difference up top on my motor with mild cams.
I ran a wire from the oxy sensor into the car and hooked a multimeter onto it. Checked the voltage with stock AFM at full throttle and then adjusted the RX7 to match (actually made it a little leaner as the stock AFM looked rich)
Pitfalls? Not much really. Cold start is a bit rougher and prob a bit less power below 2000rpm. But my other mods dont help this and its not major
