Wiper speed
One thing I have noticed recently is that the difference in wiper speed between slow and fast is not very great to the point where it is hardly worth having the faster speed. The is on the wiper motor in my 91 NA and also in the TG which uses the motor from a 96 NA8.
Does anyone know if the NB wiper motors run any faster and if so, are they interchangeable with the NA ones.
Thanks
Euen

There is a fair difference in my NB. What is worth doing though is a variable intermittent wiper. I've done mine with 4 steps, 2 sec, 5 sec, 12 sec and 18sec.

Saturday was. I just took it easy. Sunday dried out a bit and was a lot better. I even managed a 17th fastest time in Modern category (out of about 30 that were still running). Having the camera car following me through the stage probably helped a bit.sprsta wrote:looked pretty wet in rotorua

Do you mean there is a "fair difference" between the speeds or between the motors?KSCRIM wrote:There is a fair difference in my NB. What is worth doing though is a variable intermittent wiper. I've done mine with 4 steps, 2 sec, 5 sec, 12 sec and 18sec.
Thanks for the doc, it might come in handy.
