We're looking at a 98 mx5 with 136000k on the clock.
There is no history to show its had a cam belt replaced.
I believe the cost of replacing is around 800 bucks.
apart from this the we're happy with the car,
What do you think, worth the risk or not ??

factor the cost of a cam belt into the price and do it yourself if you decide to buy. or ask if they will throw one in with the deal
if your happy with the rest of it id say go for it

If the price is right, and you are happy with the car, buy it. Get the belt done and you're set for some fun motoring. Then join the club. Cheers Stevo
