Should read NB (98)
It's because the 8 and ) make a "Cool" face symbol

Anyway I'm looking too, so someone should make some OK!!!
I rang all the spoiler places and they only make them for the NA. I imported a Mazda speed one but the damn thing only fits the 2001-2004 which sucks (thanks Mazda). It's a factory fully flexible one like the one here, it's not a great pic but gives you the idea.

Thanks....I learn something every day!
What did the 'wrong one' cost - heaps no doubt? Plenty of imports around with the factory 98/99 spoiler - so is this no longer available thru Mazda?
Cheers, Ian

Cost... too much... it was a genuine Mazda part, quality is superb but it just doesn't quite fit. I saw on a car in Aussie and then found it on the Mazda site there. Had one imported as it really looked great. I have thought about plastic welding but the guy I rang on North Shore gave me a clear can't be bothered message so I stalled there, if I mod it and it still doesn't fit I'll be very unhappy.
The standard lip spoiler would definitely be my 3rd choice after a full front change but it's certainly better than nothing. I never contacted Mazda about one as I am still hoping someone will make an after market one. My only concern about locally made body kits is the quality, they are much thicker than the import ones but I have yet to see one that fits well, they seem to have warping issues.
There is a nice NA front on TradeMe at the moment.
