Soft top trouble

Please help! Between putting the hardtop on for the winter and the lovely
warm spell which cried out for the soft top the zip for my soft top window has
come a drift. I can't get it to zip back up, large lack of permanent security
here, and either would like to know a really good place to go to get it
repaired or were I can buy a whole new top from.
