Rattles. possibly from my bonnet.

Finally had some time to play, I taped up the bonnet lock and the bonnet stay,
both made a good difference, I then added foam tape to every rubber bonnet
stop as they all seemed looses if I pushed on the bonnet. Result...
fantastic... gone are all those annoying crashes and rattles (seemingly) from
under the dash. I already did my glove box a while ago, also made a
difference. Anyway a whole new car to drive, I just have to find some more
permanent and cosmetically pleasing solutions.

I did the same thing recently. I had that irritating knock from under the glove box, and cured it by taping the bonnet catch. The first time, I used insulating tape, which lasted a week before it started again. Now I'm using a cotton-y/nylon-y bandage tape and that, so far, is holding well.
Pretty much knock free at the minute...not bad for being green, eh Gazza? :0)
