Hey
I saw an NC in red with a tan roof (up, I may add) heading south on the M/way around Wairau Park this evening. It had plates and looked registered. Who is that lucky person?? I almost crashed into the car in front as I turned my head to get a better look (it's a reflex :0)
If it was you...nice car, Mrs!

Took the new MX5 for a spin today.I agree with other posts that it looks
much better in the flesh than in pictures.
It has a much stiffer chassis than my NB , Suspension was a lot softer ,thou
mine has been lowered.Gear ratio's are more like a conventional cars with
6th gear at 3000rpm at 100kph.Wind noise was similar and stereo was
great.Exhaust was quiet, and all levers and buttons nicely positioned
especially the steering wheel mounted ones.Steering wheel is well positioned
, didn't notice if it was adjustable , and lots of leg room.It has a lot
more room to swing your legs in and out as the door hinges closer to the
front. Bonnet is a lot higher so you look across the top of it instead of
down on it .
For those in the Manawatu , go to Palmfield Motors in Rangitikei St and see
Shaun , He's quite happy to let it out.
