Anyone got a doorcard top?

well wen i removed my passenger door card, the top part practically fell off. its only got 1 screw out of 5 holding it on as the plastic has cracked. Anyone got a good condition passenger side door card top?

I just moved house, but I think I have a black one lying around at my parents place some where. Will just need time to go out and get it if no one else has one.
