He should have aligned the rack so that it was dead centre before doing the alignment. Then the column or wheel can be moved to centre after the alignment is done.
Is the rack at dead centre when the wheels are straight ahead? (count number of turns straight ahead to left and straight ahead to right).

really +2P offset?
If so they will stick much further out of the guards compared to your current wheels. You would probably need flares.

It doesn't really matter where the rim sits, an inch further out makes little/no difference really does it(?)... more its where the tire will be exactly which makes any matter... I'd have thought on the back it might be pretty sweet actually?
Need to find a washer & bolt, one's fallen out from beneath the car, causing some knocking & banging tonight... heeeeelllppppp meee lol.

Not sure if you wanted it or not but i took a picture from pretty much right above, I think the warrant specs say the tread must be within the arches?

Is that legal, 195/50 MY-01's on 8 x 15's?
Purely FWIW super skinny rubber like that w/wide rims doesn't 'do it for me' personally... if I went 9" I'd stick with 225/50 or go up to 235/245. Anyway, upon the advice of the experienced guys I've flagged the 9" rim option for the time but the return of the rain has prompted a renewed search for a car cover.
So far I have come up blank, some of my good karma must be due back, can anyone suggest/assist in any form?
Remember I have no proper roof having given it to UUBER

There you go Harlan...Keiths just saved me making you one!Keith Jones wrote:Hey Harlan
I've still got my cover that I used for the race car.
It's a cut down full cover.
The side mirrors gothrough two holes, the rear gets shut in the boot and the front has a couple of eyelets for bungy straps.
Not pretty but it works.
Yours if you want it.

Ha ha, nice - looks very familiar mate... came in the Cannonball Sticker Pack right, I still have mine... think we'll go for a BLACK banner w/VADER done in BLACK reflective 3M over the top... just so totally crap when it comes to stuff like this, thats why nearly every single thing I own is death BLACK.
