there is some adjustment at the pedal as to where the clutch engages

Hi sprsta-yeah i might play around with that yet although my manual only tells me the factory tolerances as to pedal height / travel & free-play etc so i should do some measuring!

Well what do you know! ...there was a dis-engagement adjustment after all. pays to read things properly eh! :D
