Aftermarket Exhaust

Post by Blues Boy » Mon Dec 15, 2008 11:04 pm

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a nice cat-back exhaust for an NA? Or am I going to be reduced to ordering one from either Oz or the US? I just want something with a nice snarl to it. It doesn't hurt if it is polished stainless steel either..

This Racing Beat one sounds nice...

They occasionally come up on Trademe but not very often. A good exhaust shop should be able to put something together for you. If you are interested I have the rear muffler from a Jackson Racing/Magnaflow system. I have used the rest. PM me if you are interested.

Hi Blues Boy, Mine came on the car when I bought it, It has a nice snarl to it, is s/s from the cat back and the muffler is polished. I have looked on it for a brand name but cant find anything. To me it sounds awesome when its working hard at about 3000-6000rpm such as coming back over the Kaimais or the gorge on Tga-Rotorua rd. You are welcome to have a listen if you like. A good exhaust shop could help you out (not Midas). Sorry I cant be more helpful. Cheers Stevo :D
