Radiator Hose Supplier
If you ever need a hose for a non-standard cooling system, contact Hancock Industrial Ltd. Amazing service. I needed a hose to connect my coolant re-route pipe, which comes down the exhaust side of the engine, with a Civic race radiator.
I emailed them a photo, together with some relevant dimensions. They replied within the hour with details of some possible hoses from Mackay. I went into their place this morning and we tried out the ones they had selected with a scale model drawing I took with me. Found one that was a perfect fit, and only$11.
Definitely recommended.

I'm not sure if Kieth is using a spacer or not. I am using the Jackson Racing spacer, similar to the one you are offering in the classified along with a 1.6 (B6) cover. I made up a plug that screws into the tapped hole for the temp sensor.Papamoeziz wrote:Hey Keith, thats pretty good in terms of price! I'm just wondering what thermostat cover you went with on the back of youyr motor?

+1 for Hancock Industries
They have an extensive range and a model look up function with pictures and dimensions on their website.
Best of all they were 1/3 the price for a full set of radiator/heater hoses compared to John Andrews

Thanks Euen. Plan is to reuse the 1600 one. I've got a car that is a mishmash of engine/enginebay so just trying to sort out all the information on the Internet for 89 to 98 mx5's, with both 1600 and 1800 engines before I put it all back together.Euen wrote:I'm not sure if Kieth is using a spacer or not.
