I have a 1.6 NA with a jackson racing supercharger boosting 6psi, I am ordering the larger crank pulley from TRACKDOG RACING to get it close to 8psi. He told me I will need to upgrade my injectors to 1.8 ones. Does anyone know if they are a direct replacemnet or do they have to be modified in anyway?

They are a direct replacement. I would advise that you put the fuel rail/injectors on correctly. I had to have 2LOW2C point out how to stop my serious fuel leaks which involves putting the injectors into the rail first, and THEN putting the entire thing back onto the engine. I poked the injectors in and then jammed the rail on top of it which caused me to pinch all the o rings and thus leak lots of petrol

It is just running the POWERCARD that comes with the kit so cant go to big with the injectors. It can only add fuel through the revs/powerband not take it away.

You can pull out fuel by changing the clocking crystal in the ecu. You can pull 5 percent or 10 depending on crystal. It will also remove the rev limit
