Supercharger Bypass

Post by mobymidge » Sat Dec 08, 2012 5:29 pm

I have fitted a Mini M45 Suprecharger to my 1991 NA 1.6 using a TR Lane fitting kit with a Mini bypass valve.

I'm unsure if things are working correctly and would appreciate advise. I have videoed the RPM and MAP gauges on Tuner Studio. Is the reaction of the MAP gauge correct in respect to the RPM. The reading was taken stationary. I'm not sure that it is coming off bypass when I blip the throttle. The silicon tube that goes in to the bypass valve (not the vacuum tube) also colapses when I blip the throttle.
