Tidy and looks stock (hopefully mine turns out looking stock as well). Looks like someone forgot to put the oil cap on tightly. Did that once right after cleaning the engine bay :doh:

Only eagle-eyed angreal would notice...personally i couldn't spot an NC motor even if i tripped over it!

The oil cap is not the yellow square....i'd say its the dipstick...the oil cap is up & to the left a bit which is impossible to tell if its on properly if you ask me?
Are you guys mistaken as to whats the oil cap?

Pretty sure it's that circular looking thing on the left side of the engine directly "south" of where the brace hits the firewall. Bottom left area of the engine?

I think they are talking about the big oil slick on the bonnet sound proofing material.
