Some great people on this forum!

Post by warrior » Tue May 28, 2013 7:46 pm

I just wanted to say there are some great people of this forum. I asked to buy some front round reflectors on here about a week ago and with 1 day of posting it WIDEOPENTHROTTLE had offered me some for free and also Ross from MX5 mart.

WIDEOPENTHROTTLE ended up sending them to me and HE paid for the freight! Ross also offered them for free with a small freight charge only!!!!

And another one was tonight, I have bought another MX5 and checked the gearbox gatters tonight which were stuffed. I contacted Ross at MX5 mart and he said he was driving to Auckland tonight and I could meet him just down the road from my house.

So thanks to these two people and all the other great people we have on this forum.

Have to +1 this, multiple times when my cars broken members have pm'd me with advice or offering some parts they have lying around.
Also Ross from mx5mart for bringing my hardtop up to Auckland to save me driving all the way down to Hamilton.

Even though I am an absolute cock to 90% of the people on here, it is a great forum and I do apologize :3

Would like to vouch for Ross too actually. He can be difficult with contact at times and that can be very frustrating, but he's great to deal with and very helpful otherwise. Bought my NA8 wheels off me after I sold my MX-5 and was great for a chat when picked up.

Others as mentioned for being great with sharing knowledge :)

Aahhh, it's a manlove moment!

Although it's the internet and people have moments where they go full retard, I do love these forums and I find myself browsing them everyday.

Big thanks to everybody that continues to keep the MX5 community chugging along!
