Anyone Live in Wellington? Need a favour (no, not that kind)

Soo... I need someone in Wellington to pick me up a diff and ship it up to me (I'll pay etc).

Ideally pick up the diff, pull the ring and pinion gears out (and speedo gear if it is still attached) and ship those up to me as it'd be cheaper than an entire diff - can then scrap the rest for scrap metal? Otherwise just pick it up and ship the entire thing to me...

Backup plan I guess is to jump on a plane down for the day. If only I was still in my previous role with free flights

It would be suuuper much appreciated if there's anyone down there able to do this for me. (The guy with the diff is busy and doesn't want to mess around with shipping etc).

Contact BWARP, Failing that My Grandad is in Palmy and may be able to help you as a last resort. Even if BWARP can use his cube to drop it off at the depot its only about $50-80 for shipping(My diff came from Christchurch for $50)

Is it just the diff head?
I have to drive down to Wellington in December so may be able to pick it up. I did this last time for Donovan...(Except I don't have the Commodore Wagon any more so size may be an issue...).

I originally thought so and planned to rent a motorbike and ride down and back over a weekend but turns out it's the full diff with shafts etc. Will probably take the MX5 down now. Guess I should cut my losses and find a new 3.6 diff that's a bit smaller and easier to ship
