Recommendation...

hi chris.
i've also done this on my 89, it's a huge improvent.
i also did a front tower brace and the rear tower brace behind the seats
(similar to the later MX5)
i bought mine from ross (www.mx5mart.co.nz)apart from the front brace i
was given by a car dealer friend .
the parts were excellent - and no long wait for shipping or huge freight costs.
i've driven a couple of unbraced cars since and couldn't believe the change.

well - as a good alignment is probably the best money you'll ever spend on
your mx5, i'd recommend Centreline in grey lynn.
i live on the shore too - but haven't found anyone as good as these guys.
for example, when i went there first they asked me what kind of driving i do,
what i weigh - and even how much gas was in the car!!
Centreline Suspension Ltd- The Shock Shop
387 Gt North Rd Grey Lynn Auckland
0-9-376 8082

they can install and set the car up.
you won't know yourself.
they open sat morning too - but you need to book.

It is a 1990. Just purchased it off the mx5club website ? Silver with 29k
(verified) on the clock!!! It was absolutely mint condition, I am one happy
owner.

The link is www.miata.org <http://www.miata.org/> for brainstorm.

Also reviews for the product are located on miata.net - http://miata.net/
products/chassis/bspbrace.html

I have also purchased new adjustable Konis and King springs, but wanted
to install them separate to the bracing to gauge the impact that they had.
Can anyone recommend a good installer in the North Shore?
