Unless we're talking about a different Union Jacked MX5 (there may be aUsed to be done to the roofs (and occasionally all) of minis back in the
'Swinging Sixties'. Only the crass tasteless producers of Austin Powers
would do it to an E-type. Does the MX5 in question belong to that guy -
I think he's a real estate agent - who does Austin Powers impressions? I
say impressions, but he only seems to say the word 'shagadelic' a lot
and that's the limit of his thespian abilities...

flag one, and may even have more than one Union Jack one now. They have
had it for a while, but I doubt they had it before the Austin Powers
movie ('97). At least a couple of people I know in the NZ club have
hired it for parties/parades.
That guy is Gary Brown http://www.tornadomusic.co.nz/, who runs a pretty
successful DJ/Karaoke group called Party Time http://partytime.co.nz/.
He also does elvis and other stuff, but I think the money still rolls in
as Austin Powers... He can also say 'groovy baby'.
I don't think he has ever been a real estate agent - well the last ~17
years anyway that we know of (friend of friend) he has run partytime.
