There'a guy works at Milford Auto Electrical in Auckland got a full set of drilled rotors on a project 1.8 5 he's selling. Don't know how much, but always worth an ask.

Hi,

I am not wrecking a mx-5 BUT I do have the 1.8L front brake set up with
brand new (never been used) DBA slotted, x-drilled, vented rotors and brand
new genuine mazda pads.

If its any good to you, let me know

Steve

Hi yes i am interested will these bolt on to an 91 1.6 because i have been
told they will.I allready have dba rotors and good pads but i have a v8 under
the bonnet so if i want to modify it more i will need more braking i was told
by the certifier. How much bigger are the 1.8 disks to the 1.6 disks and would
the rear be larger to if so would you have those as well .If you could give me
an idea on a price and will go from there cheers.

I got a set of 4 1.8 calipers, caliper brackets (u need these to mount the
1.8 calipers) and 1.8 rotors for an excellent price from ross. I see he has
a set listed on his site for sale. I think his price is less than the cost
of 4 new rotors.

The the rotors are 20mm bigger. u will need to do work on the splash gaurds
to clear the bigger rotors.

There is a lot of info on the web about using drilled rotors on the track
and if you are going to track the car check it before you get drilled
rotors.

I use these pads

fr and rear for the track and they are excellent.
