I4m not a expert on MX-5 tuning, but what I have learned from
motorcycles(road racing) is that the best thing is to buy a complete kit
from one reputable manufacturer even if it hurts in the pocket(money) you
will save in the end, the worst thing is to buy something half ready and you
need to do your own tuning and experimenting.
I read in the Swedish MX-5 website about a guy who installed a SEBRING
superchargerkit on a Saturday (10 hours) without beeing a mechanic, just a
"handy man" and after the installation it was only to set back the timing to
10deg, and now it runs as a sweet. So now I have started to save money to
get myself a kit ready to bolt on.
