Noticed that the new top - done before I bought it - catches the passengers
door when it is opened. The corner is a little tight. Is there a simple way
to fix this, other than not taking passengers?

Does it catch the door or the window? I have seen some windows catch the
top when the door opens, if the windows rise up too far. The windows can be
adjusted - but I doubt the door can! You might also be able to adjust the
top slightly from side to side at the top latches - but I don't know if if
they adjust sideways (never tried)

It is the window - how do you adjust the window height stop? (other than wind
it down a bit?)

Take the door panel off and wind the window down.You will see the stops from
the top.
They are very easy to adjust.
