Rotary MX5?

I went looking for some info on this, and came up with many references is the
Miata Forum and Miata Power Net. One answer to this question was...

"Almost impossible as the tranny bolts up to the center of the block on a
rotary and the bottom of a regular 4 banger. It is possible but a MAJOR pain.
Either have to modify the tranny tunnel or go to a dry sump oil system on the
rotary. Maybe both. An easier job would be a V-6 or a V-8. Or a super charger
or turbo charger would get simular results."

The Bullet Roadster isn't really an MX-5 is it? They hack the car so
completely its really entirely new.
