Hi .. thanks to everyone regarding my window crisis and the 1996 mx5 I asked
about. I think that the car yard doesn't know the difference between a
v-spec and a normal one. There wasn't one spec of tan on that car and the
wheels were definitely not original. It was a tidy wee car, but something
didn't seem right. I'm glad I decided against it. Thank you very much
everyone :)

maybe you could buy it and sue for misrepresentation?
I dunno, $5k + $3k hurt and humiliation damages + court costs should cover
it :)
