Folks
The fuel gauge on my '92 has expired. JAM checked the rest of the
system and kindly offered to provide a new gauge at a cost of $600, or a
used gauge for $195 from a used parts supplier.
These prices seemed to be extreme to me, so I suggested that they
reassemble the dash so I could look for something more affordable (I had
already spent $600 on a 100km service).
Does anyone out there have a serviceable fuel guage they might be
interested in selling. If so pls respond - it is annoying estimating
how many more km to go to a refill, I do it but its annoying (and I hate
things that don't work).
Thanks
Colin R

Fuel Gauge
are we sure it is the gauge and not the sender? If it is the gauge, can weThe fuel gauge on my '92 has expired.
not rebuild it?
Did that include fitting? I don't think you'll get much cheaper than $195.JAM checked the rest of the

Why not phone mazspares in Auckland or Any Mazz Spares in Hamilton and see
if you can get one. At the very least you'll get it without dealer markup.
Seems excessive? referThese prices seemed to be extreme to me, so I suggested that they
