91 ZM Game - too late to win however :(

I found this game recently on the net at

You are supposed to drive around in a MX5 and collect prizes - looks like
the competition ended last year however. Did anyone play this?

The MX5 looks more like a cardboard box with wheels...

I notice there is no green sticker on the windscreen - why are they not
members?
Also, I wonder how many fines thay have had for the front number plate???
