Reminder of List etiquite and Tips

Hi there list people

Thanks for your support of the NZ MX5 list so far.

The number of members has gradually increased and the information sharing
has been great. Only a couple of people have unzubscribed, so that can't be
too bad! The list has been active for over 10 months now without major
incident, and in that time we have picked up close to 90 members and even
attracted a few from the other side of the Tasman.

Please note however that ALL list members and people submitting questions
should read the information at

Any suggestions for improvements, additions etc, feel free to send them to
me.

HANDY TIPS
Why not set your email program to automatically place your emails in a
separate 'NZ MX5 List' folder when they arrive. That way if you are busy,
your emails from the list (which can number quite a few in one day
sometimes) can go to a separate folder and stay there until you have time to
read them. Use the 'Message Rules' option in Outlook Express or 'Inbox
Assistant' in Outlook. Most other mail programs have a similar option.

Don't forget also that all the old emails are arranged nicely by topic in
the archives http://www.mx5club.org.nz/emaillists/nz ... /archives/ and at
any time you can search the web site (including the list archives) by going
to http://www.mx5club.org.nz/search/
