Cory's StationeryI had one before the JRSC went on, no discernible diff.
I found the most difference was; rear subframe brace, front sway bar brace,
front subframe brace, in that order.

Strut Brace

Cory's StationeryMy previous 5 didn't have one, and my current 5 does. I
find under hard cornering my current vehicle gives the impression its more
likely to bicycle, where as my old car always felt like it would spin before
it would roll. Personally, I prefer the way my old car felt, however I'm not
sure if the difference is the strut brace or not. My new car is three years
newer and has bilstein shocks etc. that were fitted when I got it, so the
brace might not be whats making the difference...

Has anyone else noticed the same thing, or is it just me ??

Cory's StationeryWhat is 'bicycle'. The strut brace won't affect handling to
the extent of how flat the car sits in corners.

Cory's StationeryBicycling is a term used at my local motorsport club that
refers to a car that only has two wheels on the ground a certain point in
time, 2 wheels like a bicycle, hence the name.
I realise the brace doesn't affect the 'flatness' of the car through a
corner however my car does stay very flat and has very little body roll, its
more just how the car feels it would behave it you pushed it past its limit
that I'm complaining about. It seems more like it would stand up on two
wheels rather than spin in circles.

Cory's StationeryI guess that very sticky rubber might make it feel that way,
but I'd be surprised if an MX got up on 2 wheels before spinning.
(learnt the hard way at turn 1 - Taupo, and the hairpin - Puke)

Does anyone have any direct or indirect knowledge about MX5's
rolling, and what made them do it?

I know of a yellow one that rolled, but going off the road and up a bank
probably helped.
I imagine that you'd need to hit a kerb etc. while sliding to tip one.

Yep I did that in a Honda once. That's the my quota used up so I
don't need to do it again.
