Is there anywhere to buy Mazda parts in Auckland central, apart from John
Andrew Ford/mazda on Great North road? The service there is shocking and
I'm completely fed up with them.
I sometimes go to Wairau park, but surely there is somewhere closer.
Bring back Greenlane Mazda...

Mazda parts
hahahaha funny you should say that. Just last week we dropped into JA
Ford/Mazda to see if they had diognostics to read the JC Cosmo, waited in the
parts department, no-one even aknoweledged us, as soon as I hit the buzzer we
get a 'yeah, will be there in a minute', I thought that was rude, they could
have said something before we had to ring the bell.
then we were directed to the workshop reception, when we told them we had a JC
Cosmo and it had (we thought) a problem the guy came out to see the car, spoke
to me like I knew nothing, then asked us if the car had the problem the whole
time we had the car, were we got it, how loong we had it, he gave me the
impression he was trying to 'suss' me out as though one had been stolen lately
or something (I knew one was a few months back from a guy I sold a rolling
body, who also thought I may have something to do with it). He was rather rude
and befor I even said anything to my fiance she said she felt like she had
been spoken down to and that she though he was rude. When he took the car out
back I swear they were probably cheacking serial and chassis numbers, not the
diognostics! Just they way he asked the questions was bloody rude, if he was
trying to fond something out like what we thought he was, he could have been
less obvious.
Secondly, I had always dealed with Harvind Lala (always asked for him) at
Greens Mazda until that closed, then with him at Greenlane, great service and
help, I had bought a lot of RX-3 parts, including numerous Nose cones, he even
rang to let me know there were only two left and asked if I wanted them. Then
he went to JA Ford which is why we went there while in Auck but he has moved
to Pukekohe now.
In my opinion, the service at JA Ford was pathetic and rude at best. since
they moved together the service has only been worse.

Mazda parts
That's what I'm talking about. My wife went in a couple of weeks ago and
they kept her waiting 15 minutes before anyone served her. Then the guy
that was serving her just disappeared and didn't come back. Twenty
minutes later she got someone else to serve her and got told that the
part we had ordered got sent back to Mazda because we hadn't picked it
up. Of course they were supposed to phone when it was in, but they didn't.
Cheers
