You may not need to go to the trouble of getting a fuel management
computer... but you'll still need to get extra fuel in there some-how...
common solution is a boost sensitive fuel pressure regulator... increases
fuel pressure when under boost so more fuel gets squirted through the
injectors...
You usually also need to retard the timing a bit, maybe 4-6 degrees, which
can noticeably effect off-boost performance...

the Bipes ACU is a clever solution for this - retards timing based on temp/revs/boost. A programmable timing+fuel ECU (Link etc) is always better though.
and a Greddy kit could be a cheap fix if you've got a 1600... http://www.greddyturbofaqs.com/
PS - what's a VS10 ? According to google, it's either a file server or a Ukelele
