Not to be 'colourist';, but I have a selfish interest in 5s of the black
persuasion. Would there be any interest among fellow black MX5 owners for a
meeting sometime to get some photos and compare notes; Auckland region? Maybe
a weekend meet at some AK landmark would do the trick. Reply to me via the
list. I suppose I should co-ordinate via the Northern club chapter (have
form, will download and join...)

The main reason I'm so scathing of that colour, is because I LIKE
orange... and all the pre-publicity shots of the new car showed it to
be blazingly metallic orange... I was really looking forward to it...
So when I saw it in the flesh, it was too much of a disappointment...

The photographers must have used coloured lighting, or something...

Maybe we can be a little less scathing and call it Benson&Hedges?
