Sorry to hear about the top. While no system is 100% sure to protect your
car, an alarm with 2 stage microwave sensor is the best you can hope for. I
have an old alpine unit which had the best m/wave sensor, (no longer
available, unfortunately).
A 2 stage unit is needed so as to give a warning when lowlifes approach the
car. Single stage units only cover the interior.
I haven't had my top attacked in 6 years, (touch wood!).
