They're not really my cup of java & my S-Sp doesn't have the MSSS, but
Jaycar, corner of Boston Rd & Khyber Pass, Auckland has bass transducers - I
think they are down to about $30 each now. They are surplus - used in a
backpack device that you plug in to Playstations and the like, theoretically
so you can feel the kicks and crashes etc in the games. The device never
took on...

They only require about 15 to 25 watts so would run OK directly from a head
unit. I recommend running them through a decent low pass filter - about
200hz and below is OK. You can buy inductors & bits etc to make these at
Jaycar also.

I'm not sure if they are bolted down to anything for the MSSS systems? But
they do fit in fine just shoved down behind the vertical seat cusion. Chic
L put a couple in his silver car - they give you a nice massage as you
drive...

PS - Jaycar Oz are on the web, but NZ isn't. If any out of Aucklanders
