A few years ago I spent a morning testing my Toyo T1-S's at various tyrebut i personally found that 26psi suits my driving
pressures on twisty country roads.
I tried 24,26,28,30,32,34,36,38...
For me 32 gave the best grip, (I wasn't concerned about tyre wear or comfort.)
and I've run at that pressure ever since.
It's an exercise that's worth doing to find your person preferences.
