I have decided to buy a pair of these Tie rods but I thought maybe if more people wanted them we could do a group buy and save on shipping?
Tie rods,
http://happoya.jp/?pid=14897040
For 2 of them shipped its $170NZD for each person but I have to get numbers before we get a good idea but I think it may be around the $140-160 mark?
Some Examples,

I was looking at these since they work with the old knuckes and you dont have to do much modding.

I have the I concept rack ends, they work really well! I may be getting rid of mine in the near future, as I'm going to modified knuckles, knuckles will give more angle but will never get a wof or cert.

how do the tie rods give you more angle?
i can see how shortening the steering knuckles would work but not the tie rods???

I guess its just the rules but most WOF guys wont pick it up.
The tie rods are slightly longer moving the pivot out, also the pivot has a bit more throw to my understanding.

the tie rod are the same lenght, the ball joint is in the same place, the differance is they have a mechined step on the housing end allowing them to go in side the housing further. you can mechine a standard set of rods to do the same job

So basically it means I can turn my wheel further and won't need a cert? Or it'll make the steering more sensitive as well as further steering angle?

lets put it this way I heard with the modded knuckles you can do a U-turn in the space of 2 car parks
Look at the earlier pics I put up the wheel has a better turning circle sensitivity doesnt change unless you depower the power steering rack
in the pics it doesnt look like alot but thats a good +20-25 degrees steering angle

The knuckles are from the states but you can get iconcept tie rods which will do the same thing from japland

Could be interested, do you know what the difference is between the angle of these tie rods and the modified knuckles?

Depends if you want to have a new wheel alignment or not. If not, then jack up car, mark rods so you know the position theyre in, remove them, mark new rods in same position, fit, pray.
I'd just do it by eye then drive to your local to get a new alignment done.

NO!!! please don't your car will thank me
Those spacers cover up the thread I've heard some really bad stories about them
You can order a spacer off Iconcept with the tie rods but I wouldnt run a spacer on the stock rods
