these are not seat rails they just mount your seat to the floor with no adjustment i have never tried them before but look like they would work

you could use your factory rails ( http://www.mx5forum.co.nz/viewtopic.php?t=3087 )

personally i would make some mounts similar to the LS or NZKW (not adjustable, my car only i drive her)
probably for less than half the price

Nina (wrw in the link) has had to take her seats out though after 2 years and 4 wof's of having them, because one wof inspector decided that they now need to be certed. lol.

I just found some new info on the LVVTA website that seems to say that they shouldn't be looking at the rails at all - just the "mounts in the floor to which your rails or sliders bolt to". It sounds to me like they should only check to see that you haven not changed the way the rails mount to the car... http://www.lvvta.org.nz/newindex6.html#raceseats
