I may possibly have that day off as a ship is due to arrive that night at 6pm so in theory I wouldn't have work until the next day. If I am correct in my fuzzy logic and have the day off then you can count me in

I have just spoken with Marilyn who is organising this event. We do not need to register as such.This is mainly for catering purposes. She would like to know approx numbers of attendees if possible. I told her I would call her back late next week. I will remind you guys about wednesday and if we know we are confirmed then this can be passed on. She is stoked that some of us will be turning up to show the Oldies what can be done to our rides.... Its for a good cause so try and keep the day free....It will be a good photo opportunity to have so many roadsters in one place so bring your cameras along.

This is fast approaching folks..... Next Sunday.... Clear your diaries and try and find something red to wear and get into the spirit of the day. A really worthy cause.

Hoping to go to this, but depends if I have my car back on the road in time, won't know till later in the week, still waiting on front rotors that are held up in customs.

I should know in the next few days whether I have a ship to load this sunday... otherwise I will know by saturday 6pm depending on whether or not I get a text from work.

Looks like I will be in attendance... might be able to drag a couple of others out as well....

(if I can drive all the way up from Te Aroha for these drives then surely you Aucklanders can make it???)

Fooesboy speaks wise words.... i have met him from Te Aroha and MrGrey from Whangarei at more Auckland events than some members who live here in Auckland.
This event is only a couple of days away now...Dig out some red clothes and put 20 bucks aside for a good cause. You also get a feed for this contribution.
At least there will be a big turn up from the older MX5 organisation. This will be a great photo opportunity to get your car in a pic with several others of similar pedigree.
PS... Have another Karma for your dedication Fooesy.

it seems like the berthing of the nankin has been advanced to 5pm saturday so it would look like I will be working on sunday which means it looks like I won't be able to make it for this event

however, it looks like I will be able to make it down to auckland on saturday for........... reasons

I have had a call from Marilyn asking if we know how many will be turning up on sunday so they can organise enough food for catering. I have told her it looks like 4 cars at present. If you know if you are coming and have not confirmed please indicate any extra numbers so we can provide her with accurate info. No one wants to miss out on allocated tucker. Thanks Team. This is a good cause and a great way to socialise amongst ourselves and with others. You dont have to be in an MX5.

Does anyone know what time this goes to, for some reason I thought it was on Sat, but Sun I have to be at Half Moon Bay by no later than 6.
