I'd love to see any footage or photos of tomorrows run, I am sad that I have to work....

just FYI, this is what I will be doing....

step 1 - basically chain smoke
Image

then logs come in
Image

they get counted, barcode scanned & get slung up in 2 steel cables.
Image

and then hoisted into the ship in a picturesque fashion.
Image

then I return to step one and rinse, repeat...... yeah, I would rather be cruising with you guys but money is money :(

As I live in Tauranga, I was hoping to be able to tag along to Team Jelly's workshop for a lookie-see but Mrs Stevo has other plans for me involving shit that I dont wanna do :(
Have a great trip down to the Bay guys and remember you will ALWAYS see cops between Tauranga and Hamiltron
Cheers Stevo :D

Thanks for turning up guys.... The next one is in the pipeline already.
It will be Highway 22. The road from Tuakau to Raglan. Plenty of corners which is ultimately what we all want to drive on. Another good factor is not many intersections to take the wrong turn at. i have already travelled some of the road and can vouch for it. I will be offline for a while soon as I change jobs and will be without a computor. I will be back or at least borrow a comp to update and sort a suitable date.
I have got a swag of pics from today. Sorry for the ones that are upside down but its hard to drive and shoot at the same time. Will post some tonight and prune out the duds.
BIG UPS to TeamJelly for the hospitality. I agree with Harlan that it was awesome to put a face to the names of our Waikato members. Thanks for turning up Guys!

Thanks its mine haha, was a great run, I loved the gravel section in particular, nearly managed to link up a few corners sideways

Bit of a bugger my brakes were overheating and my clutch couldn't put up with the turbo. Will have some pics coming soon courtesy of the blue Golf, including one of me fully sideways on the gravel haha.

Thanks GRUV for sorting the run, sorry we ditched you on the bit to Kopu I wasn't sure what everyone was doing. Look forward to the next one. Heres a (Cell) pic of mine and Slydits car for now.
